چکیده

Background Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) suffer from a high incidence of premature ovarian failure, which might be due to cyclophosphamide gonadal toxicity, immune abnormalities, or other reasons. This study aimed investigate whether the transplantation human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (HUC-MSCs) can improve reserve function in mice. Methods We used MRL/lpr mice observe changes structure and secretory SLE. Lupus controls were injected HUC-MSCs at Weeks 12 16. detected serum concentrations sex hormones estradiol (E2), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), anti-Müllerian (AMH), using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays. Hematoxylin eosin staining showed tissue enabled counting follicles. Hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) insulin-like 1 (IGF-1) expression was observed by immunohistochemistry. Results Ovarian abnormal, as indicated decreased E2 AMH concentrations, increased FSH concentrations. HUC-MSC caused significant upregulation downregulation (all p < 0.05). improved follicle number after transplantation. Multiple infusions 16 resulted significantly higher primordial follicles than only Week (p Immunohistochemistry that IGF-1 HGF transplantation, but this not significant. Conclusions restores disturbed secretion folliculogenesis should repeated for best treatment effect.

In-vitro Differentiation of Human Umbilical Cord Wharton’s Jelly Mesenchymal Stem Cells to Insulin-Producing Cells

Background & Objective: Diabetes is a major chronic metabolic disease in the world. Islet transplantation is a way to treat diabetes. Unfortunately, this method is restricted due to graft rejection and lack of donor islets. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCS) have the ability to differentiate into Insulin-Producing Cells (IPCs). In this study, Human Umbilical Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HUMSCS) were in...

P 82: The Transplantation of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Neonatal Strokes

Brain injuries that caused by strokes (result of intra partum ischemia) are a frequent cause of prenatal mortality and morbidity with limited therapeutic options. Transplanting human mesenchymal stem cells (hmscs) indicates improvement in hypoxic Ischemic brain injury (HIBD) by secretion growth factor stimulating repair processes (Hmscs) known as multi potent cells which isolated from bone marr...

Effect of Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells Transplantation on Nerve Fibers of A Rat Model of Endometriosis

Background Endometriosis is a common, benign, oestrogen-dependent, chronic gynaecological disorder associated with pelvic pain and infertility. Some researchers have identified nerve fibers in endometriotic lesions in women with endometriosis. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have attracted interest for their possible use for both cell and gene therapies because of their capacity for self-renewal ...

Hypoxia Preconditioning Promotes Survival And Clonogenic Capacity Of Human Umbilical Cord Blood Mesenchymal Stem Cells

Background: In recent decade, human umbilical cord blood derived mesenchymal stem cells (hUCB-MSCs) provide enormous potential for appropriate cell therapy, but they have limited growth potential and cease to proliferate due to cellular senescence, so providing a strategy for increasing the stem cell survival is necessary. Methods: In this investigation, MSCs characterized by flow cytome...

The Therapeutic Potential of Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Mice Premature Ovarian Failure

Mesenchymal stem cells, which are poorly immunogenic and have potent immunosuppressive activities, have emerged as promising cellular therapeutics for the treatment of several diseases. Mesenchymal-like cells derived from Wharton's Jelly, called umbilical cord matrix stem cells (UCMSCs), reportedly secrete a variety of cytokines and growth factors, acting as trophic suppliers. Here, we used UCM...
